Nora began freelancing in 2002, putting her 18 years of marketing and technology experience to work for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 clients, including Fidelity, Marriot Hotels, The Hartford, Booz Allen Hamilton, British Airways, FedEx, AT&T and Dell Computer to name a few. Her career began in 1990 as a copywriter. Over the years her focus expanded to include many areas of marketing including product marketing, market research, direct response, relationship marketing, Internet and e-commerce development

Before becoming an entrepreneur, she led relationship marketing and personalization projects for iXL/Scient (now Avenue A | Razorfish). Prior to Scient, she was with MoveCentral.com (now MonsterMoving), a leading retention services website. While there she developed a highly targeted, personalized online advertising and e-mail delivery program that helped the company increase sales by 38% in three months.

As a Marketing Manager at First Foto (now Our365), the leading in-hospital infant photography company, Nora launched the company’s first direct marketing program and initiated the company into the online marketplace with its first e-commerce website and the creation of WebNursery, an online photo posting service that is still a thriving service for the company.

Nora holds an MBA from Southern Illinois University, as well as a Master's in Telecommunications and Bachelor's degree in Journalism (advertising emphasis).
